Leapfrog Capital Partners seeks to invest between $2 million and $10 million of equity per transaction. Total transaction sizes will likely range from $2 million to over $50 million

Other Characteristics
Proven, scalable business model with significant revenue and earnings growth potential
Meaningful value proposition for customers with a sustainable competitive advantage
Companies which have developed a comprehensive, integrated outsourced data processing and administrative solution designed to process, manipulate and/or enhance the value of information in various phases of the following data cycle:
Companies with software systems and services designed to facilitate the automation of required tasks for clients, thus reducing overhead, improving efficiency, facilitating regulatory compliance and/or reducing errors from built in controls
Service levels which can be differentiated from commodity type service providers thus justifying a pricing premium
